Hi moms ! Happy early Mother’s Day . I’m about 3 1/2 months pp. when do you guys recommend I can start running ?

I would assume you're good to go now. check with your OB if you had any issues with pregnancy or delivery

My doctor said 6 weeks postpartum I was good to workout but to ease into it I suggest gradually work up in intensity and do pelvic floor stretches.

Listen to your body. I started running again a couple weeks after giving birth. Your body will tell you what it can and can’t handle

No reason not to run at this point, but if it's been a while, listen to your body and ease into it.
