What workouts are you doing?

What kind of workouts do you do and how often? I’m 12 weeks PP and starting to get in my groove. Walking 1 hour a day 5 days a weeks and doing a 30-45 min weights/HITT on Mon, Wed, Fri. Hoping I can see some results by summer lol

Suncream help!

Asked midwife what suncream to use that's safe in pregnancy (I'm worried about ingredients/chemicals etc). She said use a sensitive one without added vitamins. But there are vitamins in boots sultan (a and e as well as alcohol denat) for example and really don't know which ones are safe.
