Weight lifting, running, hot yoga, lots of walks with baby and trying to fit non exercise activity in any way I can (like hiking or kayaking). I’m deadlifting 235+ again, setting goals for myself! But still reminding myself I had a baby 9 months ago and my body won’t ever be the same ❤️. I think it helps to start by prioritizing things you can control- like taking 10k+ steps a day. Then see if you can take baby to the gym with you!

Barre classes and pilates. Lots of walking. eating lots of protein

I will start by saying that it’s super hard to give myself the time needed for exercising. I have a 2 year old and 9 months old. I know for a fact grow with Jo exercise on YouTube has helped tremendously, my body actually looking way better. You need to be consistent in order to see a change. I use my sunny health and fitness squat. I am trying to add running to my routine. But so far so good.

I was taking walks and doing other things like that BUT with it being around 100 degrees out now I don’t wanna leave my house 😂

I used to take classes and lift at a local gym but my baby has crazy bad separation anxiety rn so this has been a no-go. I’m too distracted the whole time knowing my baby is crying for me 🥲 Now, I’m lifting in my garage gym after my LO goes down for the night or first thing after he wakes & feeds we go for a stroller workout. I add weight to the bottom of the stroller and throughout the walk I alternate between walking lunges, squat jumps, fast walk, sled pushes, single-arm chest press (uphill is ideal) and rows (facing downhill is ideal). It gets real hot, real early here in Vegas so I go asap after my LO wakes up and I bring along stroller fans for baby and me 😂
