I hope it's not too late 🙈

I'm 34 weeks and I have remembered only a handful of times about pelvic floor excersises whilst watching TV at night. Is it not too late for me? 😬😬 did anyone have any workouts they did for pelvic floor so it's not too boring sitting for ages just thinking about contracting and relaxing 😂🙈 xx

Drink raspberry tea, eat dates! You are all set to go! Also you don’t want to tighten it. You’ll have birthing problems. You want the opposite.. that’s what raspberry tea and dates are for! No kegels. Do as usual. Don’t stress

@Lisa when do you start drinking the tea? Is 35 weeks too early?

I started at 35weeks but I was still overdue. It might be different for you and hence idk your history only you and your doctor/provider know your history..I’ll say: start at 37weeks. As long as your provider gives you the ok or whatever. But start at 37weeks

Ik it’s annoying to hear but no matter what you do baby will come when ready only think I can guarantee personally is pineapple or pineapple juice does soften your cervix
