Mucus plug?
Been having a few pains below in my pelvis and back period type cramps. Went to the toilet last night around 4am and had to wipe about 5 times as quite a bit of discharge came out. It wasn’t clumpy but was thickish and clear, stretchy a bit like ovulation discharge. Would you say that’s the start of something or potentially mucus plug coming away? I’m 37 + 2

If its snot like then sounds like mucus plug, ive been getting bits on and off too. Some people pass a bug blob of it and can be pink or even bloody. Ive never had an actual big bit come out eveb with my 1st it was just small snot like bits

@Denver yeah same as mine hun I made a post with a pic previously and the comments did say its mucus plug and normal to loose bits like that

I had this the other week and it was just excessive discharge and had 2 days of constant dull period cramps, then started to get some jelly/stringy mucus come out, still happening every so often but think it’s just coming out slowly where as some people loose it all at once! Just keep an eye on it but a good sign !! Xx
