Guys what is that?

I'm exactly 40 weeks today. Lost some of my mucus plus on Wednesday. And today brownish blood like discharge. Do you think that's part of mucus plus too?

C-section

So yesterday at my diabetes appointment they told me that its most likely that I'll end up being booked in for a C-section as I need to drink orange juice to take my iron tablets 3 times a day so making it nearly impossible to control my sugar levels.. I've been telling myself from day 1 that I'm prepared for a sect...

Reassurance for induction

On my way to the hospital for an induction as I have PGP causing a lot of pain. My mum has been unsupportive since I told her I'm being induced even messaged me at 7am this morning to tell me to try and give birth naturally and wait the PGP pain out. I understand she's old school and in an ideal world I would have l...

GP visit? *photo of incision*

15 days post c-section, is this looking like I need a trip to the GP? There's a slight smell sometimes but with it being warm and me having an overhang it's hard to tell if it just sweat, especially as it appears better the dryer I manage to keep it 😅

C section smelling

I finished antibiotics 3 days ago due to my section being infected and noticed there’s a slight smell to it. Is it normal for it to smell?

Has anyone had a membrane sweep after their bloody show?? I lost my plug/bloody show last Thursday morning. No pics, you’ve seen them all: mucusy and dark red, midwife said it looked fine. But nothing happened. Now I’m close to 42 weeks and they want to do one last sweep before proceeding with induction. Has anyo...

Mucus Plug

I think I’ve lost part of my mucus plug, I’m 30+3. I’ve been having cramps along the bottom of my stomach, more on the bottom right side since last night and I’ve put them down to her position. I’m positive that these aren’t contractions as they aren’t too painful and aren’t in any specific timeframe and don’t last ...

Hospital Bag

When is everyone going to start packing their bags? I'm currently 29 Weeks and I know it would maybe be too early now, but I want to be prepared as I'm also moving house in the next few weeks too 😂 Also anyone got any good lists for baby, mum & dad? I'd rather be over prepared than under as the hospital I'm going…

C section pros and cons

I have been in labor starting yesterday at 10am…… I’m exhausted. They broke my water and over the 13 hours I have been here he has yet to dilate any more with endless medicines so they are considering C-section because I’m utterly exhausted. What are the pros and cons? I’m honestly just scared to get cut open but li...
