I hate when my symptoms go away and then come back. It stressed me out! Anyone else going through that?

Yupppp, but honestly not super bad, I have nausea but not throwing up luckily just the need to go to the toilet often, what are your symptoms?
Stresses 👏🏻 me 👏🏻 out 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Just had it happen last night. My boobs have been hurting non stop for weeks (I’m 8w+2d) and all of a sudden last night NO pain. I could squeeze em, poke em whatever and nothing. Needless to say I got no sleep :(
Yes with the nausea! When it goes away I can’t help but to think about if it’s coming back and when lol
