Anyone else worried literally all the time now that the symptoms have really started to slow down and appointments are spaced month to month?! I literally cannot stop worrying! 15 weeks and my last appointment was 4/29 my next is 5/28🙃🙃 how do I stop worrying that something is wrong all the time!!??

Hi ladies… I’m 13 weeks today and I’m having a hard time with diarrhea for a few days. My diet is clean, I take prenatal vitamins and omega capsules and I don’t drink coffee or anything that could triggers a gut inflammation or something like that… just concerned. Some thoughts?
