When did people start discussing there birth plans with midwives? Im 29 weeks and its not been mentioned at all xx

Looking for any advice or anyone's experience. I have since found out I have Obstetric Cholestasis and my ALT is raised very high. I have had Cholestasis before, so know more about that. But I feel like I'm going in circles when I ask what does it mean that my ALT results were high 🤷🏼‍♀️
