Need advice
I came off the depo contraception a year ago, my periods have still not returned however this month I have finally had what I think is a peak using pre mom ovulation sticks.
Is it possible to ovulate and get pregnant before the period comes back? If I’m having a peak does that mean I’m definitely ovulating or is there no way to know without a period.

Yes so if you peaked yesterday you are probably ovulating today so it's worth BD tonight and tomorrow if you can. Any BD in the last 5 days is a chance too.

Yes, your first period would come after you've ovulated. The tests and periods don't prove ovulation but I wouldn't worry about checking ovulation unless you've been trying a long time with no luck. I think bbt testing can show ovulation or premom pdg tests.
