Things that are saving my ass as a FTM!

My baby is now 3 weeks old and I figured I’d share some of the things I’ve had to purchase that are really saving my ass during this newborn stage! The Mamaroo - pricey for a swing but my son LOVES it . My husband wanted to leave a review for it after an hour bc my son calmed down so quickly The Owlet Dream sock - great for peace of mind. As a mom with OCD It really helps my anxiety. Partnered with the Owlet camera , I love it The Evenflo Shyft Dualride - I have a tiny mini cooper that can’t fit a stroller but I love this. It’s a stroller car seat combo. The car seat itself is super comfortable. My son falls asleep so easily during car rides. It is a bit heavy when you have the wheels attached but otherwise it’s great. Also the sensor buckle gives alerts to family members if you leave the baby in the car and it has a temperature sensor if the car is too hot for baby. Bedside bassinet - my baby would not use the bassinet we had so I bought one on Amazon. The one I got is called the Ronbei bassinet and it changed everything. He instantly took a liking to it and was able to sleep in it. It’s open on the side and it goes right next to the bed. Desitin Max Strength - I tried using the aquaphor diaper rash cream and it really didn’t help if anything the rash kept getting worse. We used the Desitin and it was mostly clear by the next morning Momcozy breast pump - the portable one. It’s great. Being able to move around while I pump is so nice and even when I’m only sitting down it’s super convenient This is just what’s working as of now.
