No that’s dangerous for infants

I don’t know exactly but the one I have for kids say ages 3 YEARS and up. Not months. Years.

You can use mommy’s bliss bedtime drops it says for 4 months+ it works around after 1 hrs and does not contain melatonin

You can induce natural melatonin by you taking magnesium if you're breastfeeding, or giving her tart cherry juice (but better closer to 6months), or going outside before bed

Just so that you know, this is not recommended and whatever you do don’t do it every night. There is some studies on it with little girls developing cancer of some sort if you give it to them too much.

No. Let her body start producing it herself and you can encourage it with a sleep routine, dark room, and lots of bright light while awake.

No!!! Unless advised to by a doctor, which would never happen in a baby so young. Sorry i wouldn’t be letting your mother near your baby

Take her outside on a walk in the mornings it helps them get Vitamin D naturally and sleep better at night

Definitely not. Not for any age kid because it trashes their natural production and they will end up relying on it the rest of their life

I wouldn’t recommend it. You can diffuse lavender oil or my daughter has a Young living teddy bear that you can put oils on. We don’t but that’s why it was gifted to us. It has a insert that you heat so the teddy is warm and that was helpful since my daughter likes sleeping on people

Do you have a bedtime routine? Do you give her a bath before bed? I've heard that can help relax them. Plus lavender products can help relax them

Chamomile tea this has helped me with my baby. Even gripe water has chamomile in it.
