Girllll I feel your worries my daughter moves a lot she’s only 2 weeks sometimes I catch her with her head leaning on the crib bars

My boy was doing that when he was 2 months because he was trying to roll on his belly and he couldn't so he would sleep in those awkward positions, he got over that after a month when he learn fully to roll to his tummy

arched back can often mean tummy pain

You can always ask your doctor if they know any pediatric physical therapists. Some will do a free eval. Maybe it's nothing, but a free eval couldn't hurt.

Could be she's trying to roll or is relieving gas pains either way my son did it until he figured out rolling over
