Would you be able to live without your child(ren)?

I only have one. No way could I live without her. My heart breaks for anybody who’s lost a child.

Yes, I would. I would be heartbroken of course, but I would move forward with time.

My husband knows I love him, but my kids would be the straw that broke the camels back. But I also grew up in a negative environment where I was expecting to not live past 30, but here I am 30 with 2 kids to keep me living. So if anything happened to Both of my kids, I would probably go on a rampage.

I would never be ok again. I don’t know how people deal with not having full custody let alone literally living the rest of your life without them.

Absolutely not. My husband either. It would fucking break me.

I don't know if I could keep going tbh he's my whole world.

My cousin lost her last baby at 10 days old, and I have no clue how she has continued on. She does have two other kids she needs to take care of, so she doesn't have much of a choice, and I am so proud of her every day.

He is my only child, so no, I wouldn't be able to live without him & I wouldn't want to, to be honest. He is literally my reason for living.

Nope. I have thought about that before & I imagine myself being extremely suicidal.

But the truth of the matter is people lose their children everyday. And many of them move on after some time. The grief is unimaginable, but I don’t think it would kill many of us. Life will go on

@Monét if you decide to commit suicide then yes it would kill you.

@Joye this! A lot of people are afraid to say this but I’ve literally prayed to god before saying “ if you take my daughter you’re gonna get me too” I just couldn’t do it. She IS the reason im here.

@Rachel well yes… but many of us won’t do that I’m assuming. Statistically speaking

Yeah I’m not sure how people move on after something like that. I think maybe having other children may be part of it. Gives something to hold on for. I only have my one so far.
