I've been taking my baby since he was about 10 weeks. I hold him up and he likes playing with the grass with his feet.
I took my LG out after her first week. Would have been sooner but first week was hard 🤣. She loved going out and it was lovely for us too! I was just avoiding busy places x
If you mean playground around 10 months for the first time. If just a grassy park area, around 5-6 months, mostly as she was a winter baby so the ground was too wet before then. For daily walks, basically since 10 weeks l, again as it was winter so waited until warmer for me to stand as she was snug in her stroller with all the blankets and coverings.
For the playground it was as soon as he was able to sit in the swing so close to 6 months. Made me nervous so I didn’t really let go of him but he loved it.

I asked the same question to my midwife yesterday, the reply was whenever you feel like. Just don’t let people touch/ kiss the baby on the face. I would bring my baby to spacious area like parks, a walk nearby. But only to bring her to places like restaurants, cafes after she has her first vaccination.
