Has anyone recently started progesterone after an MC?

I have had 2 losses and have been thinking about taking progesterone as I also had spotting/light bleeding. But there’s also been no signs to suggest my progesterone is/was low. I had a blood test at about 5 weeks and it was 163.

My gp has actually asked me to talk to my Fertility specialist. But at the same time, he doesn’t seem too worried. Thanks, all the best to you, too! X
