Potty training - scared of toilet
So my little girl will do her poos on her potty and we’re making small
Improvements with wees.
I have asked nursery to start introducing the toilet too - but she’s scared of it and will not sit on it. The only time she has she’s jumped of it and got a bit upset.
Has anyone else’s little one gone through this? And how did you help?
We have a potty and one of those step up to the toilet things with the seat attached.

Take another potty to nursery for her to use instead of the toilet x
I’ve asked nursery and they don’t have potties and I can’t take one in. I’ll keep trying 🤞 x

My little boy went through this. He’s 4 now and has been trained 2 years. He only wanted to use the potty until one night I left it in the car (we’d went to the beach) I’d forgotten to ask his dad to get it out before he went to work so he literally had no choice as he didn’t like nappies either, I had to sit with him for the first few times and cuddle him but then we rewarded with a sticker and a small chocolate. X
