For the people that have had there babies

Still waiting and she’s one next week 😂😩 but that’s just me

I went to my work summer party (evening event locally) when my LG was 9 weeks. Happy to leave her with my husband and have done so plenty of times, but we’ve only left her with someone else once, mainly because none of our family lives close by 🤷‍♀️

Havent really had time away

I’ve had 3 evening meals out without my baby who is now 3.5 months old, the first was when she was about 8 weeks. Twice she was with my MIL and the other time I left her with her dad to see my friends. Most times have only been 2 hours, 3 tops, which is basically one feed/sleep cycle for my baby, not sure if I would leave her for any longer than that just yet.

My baby is 5 months old and I’ve only left her with her dad once so far, I just can’t bring myself to leave her just yet but I know the time will come eventually where I’m comfortable to leave her😂x

Ive only left her with her father for a couple hours at best while i got my nails done and once with my mother in law so me and hubby can go on a date. But i hardly ever leave my daughter. I leave her with hubby to get nails done once in a while and when i go to do my wax once every 6 weeks

@AmberA🌈👶🏽❤🦋 I was thinking I’d probably want to leave my little one got nail appointment but that won’t be long and she can be with daddy

@Charlotte my little one isn’t here yet so I suppose might feel completely different but I’d like to be able to leave with daddy and I’m also so close to my sister who will be the best auntie who will on hand x

@Jodie i guess until the little one is here don’t really know how ill feel about leaving , but id like to think i could with Daddy or Im very close to my sister who is great with children x

Yeah typically for nails and wax i leave her with her dad. Now i have some therapy type sessions but it took me a year to be comfortable to leave her this many times. It took a lot of trust building with my hubby

You’ll feel how you feel! Great that you’ve got a close sister as well ^_^ I’d have no issues leaving my LG with family if they lived nearer. I’m leaving her for the first time overnight tomorrow (with daddy) and she’s 1 this month. There’s no right or wrong when it comes to time away from your baby as long as you’re happy with it and they’re safe!

Yeah it not through choice not leaving her with her daddy, I say I’m popping to get this from the shop and he’ll either want all of us to go or he’ll just go😂 I would happily leave her with him for a bit so I can do things I think he’s still a bit nervous to be with her without me tbh😂x
