Hi ladies Has anyone gone to their GP after so many months not able to get pregnant? We have been trying for 11 months now.

Yes, I went to my GP after about 10 months. They did some blood tests to check my hormone levels.

Yeah they did our initial bloods and ultrasound scan. And has refused to refer us due to my bmi not being low enough. So even though it’s still unexplained infertility and my levels were okay-ish.( nothing jumping out) They won’t do anything else. So we are going to have to go private as the bmi limit is a bit higher which is more realistic…. They won’t even refer us to start a medicated cycle or IUI

I have an appointment scheduled for May 10th for a consultation with a fertility clinic to see our next steps. We have unexplained infertility with bloodwork etc, they came back in normal range but I do have PCOS so now we shall see what the next steps will be.
