Pebbles are a sign of constipation which is probably from the change of milk regardless of which one you've used. Who might just need to let it pass with some constipation techniques
My husband mistakenly got my baby the 6months old formula too, Though it was the ready to feed one. she finished a pack before I noticed. I switched back to the newborn formula and she was fine. You can contact your doctor because she seems constipated, but she’d be fine, nothing to worry about
@Demmy thank you so much it makes me so much more at peace 😢❤️
The 6 months plus isn't all that different, just switch back to the usual formula and she will be fine :)
In the UK we’re told that follow-on formula is a con and we can stick with infant formula as it has much the same in it, so hopefully the constipation is just due to a change in what she’s used to (like she would’ve got it if you’d changed brands). For true peace of mind though talk to your doctor. You’re doing right by her so please try not to feel guilty. You’ve got this! ❤️
The 6 month + formula usually has more iron which can cause constipation hence why baby had pebble poop. You can definitely reach out to your pediatrician but I’m sure baby will be fine if you switch back to the infant formula
That's exactly what happened to me with my son. We had changed his formula one time and the same thing happened to me. The Dr said he was constipated. We had to change his formula back to other brand he took with no issues. Since then he has been on the same formula ever since he was born.
Baby is back to soft stools !! After going back to newborn thanks to everyone who reached out def made me more at peace ❤️❤️❤️
