Any recent changes in diet? Is it more grey or green? Can’t really tell from the photo, if grey and no recent changes in diet or medications, I would have them seen, I always thought grey wasn’t normal x
When my baby had poop like this I was asked about his formula, any veggie intake or tummy issues. This could be normal if if baby eats certain foods, some brands of formula and mine had it with lactose intolerance but real early.

It's hard to say, is it normal for YOUR baby? My baby never pooped like that. But sometimes formula causes dark green poops. But if that was the case I'd have thought it was a common occurrence for your baby. Do you have any other concerns about baby, behaviour wise, or just this one odd nappy?
