Hi ladies, I'm trying to pump to build up my freezer stash, but when I'm pumping in between feeds I'm.hardly getting anything maybe .5.oz or and 1oz. What tablets are okay to take while breastfeeding? The one my gp told me to take I’ve found out that can reduce milk supply and I definitely want to avoid that as I just about manage to feed baby without top ups now.. but I feel so sick at the same time like I’ve got an actual fever but I don’t 😩
